Our XS linear system is designed for lateral injection with small cavity distances and part weights of up to a maximum of 15 grams. The MONOLITH® nozzles are screwed to the manifold and connected leak-proof. Nevertheless, short, delicate nozzles can be realized due to the intelligent system structure. The system is therefore very easy to install and simple to handle.

3D printed Energy BLOCKER® made of hardened steel reduce the energy consumption of your hot runner manifold by up to 52% compared to conventional hot runner systems with titanium pressure pads, depending on the application. The thermal insulation of the Energy BLOCKER® in relation to your tool not only saves energy costs during the operation of the hot runner system but also reduces the necessary cooling capacity for your mold.
