Modular structure composed of additive 16-drop elements
Each additively manufactured element consists of up to 16 injection points. Furthermore, each element has a cooling inlet and a cooling outlet for mold insert cooling. The cooling capacity can be transferred passively via 7 contact pins, or the cooling water is actively transfered into the mold insert between the nozzle tips.

Secure sealing and support
The sealing of the injection points is done in height and not in diameter. This allows for compensation of thermal expansion, and the mold insert can securely support itself on the hot runner without bending under injection pressure.

Minimal tear heights.

XS Systems
Our XS linear system is designed for lateral injection with small cavity distances and part weights of up to a maximum of 15 grams. The MONOLITH® nozzles are screwed to the manifold and connected leak-proof. Nevertheless, short, delicate nozzles can be realized due to the intelligent system structure. The system is therefore very easy to install and simple to handle.

Hot runner manifold
We manufacture hot runner manifolds for you with shrink-fitted deflection elements. This process perfectly combines rounded melt channels with ideal surfaces. For precisely balanced filling studies, we also compensate for shear differences and melt orientation in our manifold systems.

Energy Blocker®
3D printed Energy BLOCKER® made of hardened steel reduce the energy consumption of your hot runner manifold by up to 52% compared to conventional hot runner systems with titanium pressure pads, depending on the application. The thermal insulation of the Energy BLOCKER® in relation to your tool not only saves energy costs during the operation of the hot runner system but also reduces the necessary cooling capacity for your mold. This results in additional energy savings.
