The DLX nozzles enable 2 - 4 injection points in a minimal space. For example, the smallest gears can be injected several times for high concentricity. Pitch circle diameters from 10 mm to 14.5 mm and lengths from 50 mm to 120 mm are possible as standard. The nozzles are characterized by:
The DLX nozzle can be used as a single or system nozzle. It can be configured as a floating or screwed nozzle variant.
Using the integrated 230V heater and the defined sensor position, homogeneous temperature control is achieved across the entire nozzle length.
The nozzles can be delivered with a tip seal.
With the “B” version, the necessary installation space of the nozzles can be reduced again, allowing them to be used in the smallest installation space.
Due to the modular methodology, all standard nozzles as well as their replacement and spare parts can be delivered in the shortest possible time.
The minimal surface area of the injection mold and the use of high-tech alloys ensure that almost no heat is released to the injection mold. This guarantees short cycle times and high productivity.
