MONOLITH®

First additively manufactured one-piece hot runner nozzle with diameters of 11, 16, 20, 22 and 24 mm for multiple applications with open gating. The MONOLITH® nozzles are screwed into the manifold system and adapts perfectly to your specifications and processes.

SYSTEM NOZZLES DT

Nozzles with diameters of 11 to 40mm for multiple applications with open or valve gating. The nozzles are float-mounted on the manifold system.

SYSTEM NOZZLES DS

Nozzles with diameters from 14 to 40mm for multiple applications with open or valve gating. Nozzles are screwed into the manifold system.

FLAT NOZZLES DE

Nozzles with diameters of 6.7 to 10 mm for multiple applications with open gating for technically simple to processed plastics. The nozzles are float-mounted on the manifold system.

SINGLE NOZZLES DB-R

Nozzles for individual application with open gating with diameters of 16 to 40 mm.

SINGLE NOZZLES MONOLITH®-R
